Show Notes

Personality traits and learning styles are both likely to play considerable roles in influencing both your personal and professional growth. Personality traits are stable dispositions, they describe what people are like, and learnings are basically adapting to situations over time. The key to a great personal or professional relationship is the ability to understand the other person. More often than not we treat everyone the same way, and we judge them through the same lens. This video outlines our default and learned behavior - the way we behave naturally and the way we tend to behave in certain situations. We all exhibit learned behavior in some social settings, but the real art is to be able to understand the default behavior of others!
